Seven Parthian clans - Seven Clans or more accurately Seven Parthian clans (Haft Khandan) were seven different Parthian clans who constituted the Dahae Confederation. Following the rise to power of the Parthians, these seven clans shared the administration of the Parthian Empire, each governing a region of the empire.
Official tartans in Canada - Canada's provinces and territories (except for Nunavut), as well as many other divisions in Canada, have officially recognized tartans. Tartans were first brought to Canada by Scottish settlers, and in 1959, New Brunswick was the first province to adopt an official tartan.
Irish clans - Irish clans are officially recognized groups of people who either share a surname or are descended from people who bore the surname. Since 1989, the government of the Republic of Ireland has recognized a charity called "Clans of Ireland" as the official registrar of these groups.
The Tartans - The Tartans were a reggae group who came together in 1967 in Kingston, Jamaica. The members were Prince Lincoln Thompson, Cedric Myton and Devon Russell.
